Frequently asked questions

How do I make Perfect Cup of Tea?

Achieving the Perfect Brew

For a larger serving: Begin by placing 1 tablespoon of tea leaves into your kettle. Add enough boiling water to just submerge the leaves, then rinse and immediately strain the water. This initial step eliminates any unwanted sharpness, ensuring a deeper and more rounded flavor profile. Finally, pour the remaining 750 ml of water over the leaves and allow them to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

For a single cup: Utilize 1 teaspoon of tea and 200 ml of water, employing the same rinsing and steeping method described above. Simply strain, serve, and enjoy.
